Shaun Armstrong Jenkins MSODL, ODC

Workforce Development Director
Shaun Armstrong Jenkins (she/her) is the workforce development director at PolicyLab at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and is a member of PolicyLab's leadership council team. In this role, Ms. Armstrong Jenkins oversees the staff professional development series, Culture Workgroup, Visibility & Voice Committee, PolicyLab’s internship program and the onboarding process of new hires. She also serves as the ombudsman for the anonymous elevation of workforce issues.

In addition, Ms. Armstrong Jenkins is responsible for establishing benchmarks, human resources processes and center programs to support diversity, equity and inclusion as a priority across all center endeavors. She also focuses on efforts to diversify the center’s talent pool, advocates on behalf of managers for equality in pay and promotion opportunities for staff, and collaborates with colleagues across the institution who are advancing CHOP's mission of diversity, equity and inclusion. 

Ms. Armstrong Jenkins holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Drexel University, a Master of Science at Saint Joseph’s University in Organization Development and Leadership, a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Development and Change, and is a Maxwell Leadership certified team member.
