Shaun Armstrong Jenkins
Shaun Armstrong Jenkins is the workforce development manager at PolicyLab and is a member of PolicyLab's leadership team. In this role, Ms. Armstrong Jenkins manages the staff professional development series, PolicyLab’s internship program and the onboarding process of new hires. She also serves as the ombudsman for the anonymous elevation of workforce issues.
In addition, Ms. Armstrong Jenkins is responsible for establishing benchmarks, human resources processes and center programs to support diversity, equity and inclusion as a priority across all center endeavors. She also focuses on efforts to diversify the center’s talent pool, advocates on behalf of managers for equality in pay and promotion opportunities for staff, and collaborates with colleagues across the institution who are advancing Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s mission of diversity, equity and inclusion.
Ms. Armstrong Jenkins holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Drexel University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science at Saint Joseph’s University in the Organizational Development and Leadership program.
