Justin Gero (he/him) is the communications director at PolicyLab at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and is a member of PolicyLab’s leadership team. Mr. Gero is responsible for developing and implementing PolicyLab’s communications and media strategy and increasing the center’s visibility and impact.

Mr. Gero has experience supporting public health communications, marketing, and public relations at local, state, national, and global health organizations. He previously worked at the Sabin Vaccine Institute, National Nurse-Led Care Consortium, Philadelphia Department of Public Health and ActionAIDS.

Mr. Gero earned his MS in Science, Technology & Society and BA in History & Politics from Drexel University.
