Briana Miller
Briana Miller is a clinical research assistant at PolicyLab at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Ms. Miller is currently working on a K23 project with Dr. Sarah Wood, which is seeking to adapt existing health coaching interventions to provide PrEP-inclusive HIV and STI prevention to adolescents who are at a higher risk of HIV in pediatric primary care.
Ms. Miller graduated from Villanova University with a bachelor's degree in psychology. During her undergraduate career, she worked as a research assistant in the cognitive development lab studying how children learn language and make sense of the world.
Ms. Miller is very passionate about improving sexual and reproductive health outcomes for adolescents and young adults. her future career goals include studying ways to combat health disparities in HIV and STI treatment among African American and Hispanic teens.
