Release of PolicyLab’s Three-year Strategic Plan
The team here at PolicyLab just underwent a strategic planning process for our 2020-2023 fiscal years intended to identify how we 
can best support the tremendous growth of our research center and make further progress towards our mission. PolicyLab’s strategic plan outlines our vision and three-year strategic priorities, which focus on conducting high-impact research, increasing our capacity to create meaningful policy change and maintaining strong partnerships with critical stakeholders.
Our impact and success would not be possible without strong collaboration and partnerships, ensuring our work is informed by cross-system stakeholders who are similarly dedicated to improving the lives of children. As such, our strategic plan is intended to push us to even more ambitious impact goals together with our partners.
