Congratulations to Jen Walter on being awarded a Sojourns Scholar Leadership Program Grant
PolicyLab's Jen Walter received a Sojourns Scholar Leadership Award from the Cambia Health Foundation to investigate the effectiveness of an interprofessional communication training program designed to improve clinical teams’ collaboration in creating care plans and how they prepare to share them consistently with families. The innovative program promotes palliative care workforce development by funding research, clinical, educational or policy projects. In addition, national leaders will mentor the Sojourns Scholars, further broadening their learning and leadership development opportunities.
