Sarah Kerrey MEd
Sarah Kerrey is a program lead/outreach coordinator at PolicyLab at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. In this role, Ms. Kerrey supports community outreach and engagement efforts for the Literacy Lab and seeks to advance pediatric primary care driven early literacy promotion in partnership with Reach Out and Read Pennsylvania. Ms. Kerrey plans family literacy and other community events, facilitates community partnerships, and helps facilitate the advancement of diverse book initiatives.
Prior to joining PolicyLab in 2022, Ms. Kerrey worked in Arizona for the Phoenix Public Library and First Things First as an early literacy specialist, where she led early literacy programs for caregivers and children, facilitated a LENA Start program, and provided outreach for the public library.
Ms. Kerrey has a Master of Education in Human Relations from Northern Arizona University. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University in Integrative Studies, with a marriage and family concentration.
