Kali Hackett is the senior manager of HealthySteps and Maternal Child Health Projects at PolicyLab at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where she leads initiatives focused on improving outcomes for young children and their families. Since 2022, she has led the launch and ongoing implementation of CHOP's HealthySteps program, embedding developmental and family support services within pediatric primary care to strengthen care for young children and caregivers. Her expertise includes maternal and child health program development, management, and evaluation, implementation science, and quality improvement, with a focus on leveraging pediatric primary care as a platform to support family well-being. Drawing on experience across direct service, research, and policy, her work is grounded in a commitment to ensuring that all children and caregivers have the resources, knowledge, care, and support to thrive. Ms. Hackett holds a Master of Public Health and Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
