Madeline DeMarco MPP
Madeline DeMarco (she/her) is a program coordinator for Children's Hospital of Philadelphia's (CHOP) Medical Financial Partnership (MFP), which provides free, high-quality financial services to CHOP families to help them build wealth and thereby improve health. Her responsibilities include program administration, service delivery operations, data management, cross-sector collaboration and strategic planning. She is honored to be part of CHOP’s innovative efforts to address underlying inequities that directly affect children’s health.
Prior to joining the MFP team, Maddie served as a research coordinator at PolicyLab and Clinical Futures at CHOP, providing administrative support to several principal investigators and their research teams. Additionally, she contributed to the ongoing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives for PolicyLab and supported both PolicyLab and Clinical Futures communications teams.
Madeline attended Saint Joseph’s University and received both her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and her Master of Science in Public Policy. She has experience leading research teams about food insecurity and childhood poverty. Her research interests include health care equity and social and environmental determinants of health.
