CHOP study: Child Abuse in Army Families Could Be Going Under-Reported
PolicyLab researchers found that only 20 percent of U.S. Army dependent child abuse and neglect cases diagnosed by doctors between 2004-2007 were found to have a "substantiated report" in the Army's Family Advocacy Program system.
