Ed Funding Committee to Meet in Philadelphia
Dr. David Rubin, co-director of PolicyLab, testified in front of the Pennsylvania legislature’s Basic Education Funding Commission. The Commission has traveled around the state meeting with experts and witnesses in order to reform school funding.
