Nadi Damond Wisseh MSW, LSW

Clinical Research Coordinator

Nadi Damond Wisseh is a clinical research coordinator at PolicyLab and within the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). Ms. Wisseh works with Dr. Rhonda Boyd on Navigating Mental Health Treatment for Black Youth with Suicidal Risk, Pathways to Care Study. She primarily supports participants' connection to mental health services and addresses challenges that they may face while connecting to mental health services.

Before joining CHOP, Ms. Wisseh worked as a child advocate social worker supporting children and youth involved with the child welfare system in Philadelphia, Pa. Ms. Wisseh graduated summa cum laude from Temple University with a Bachelor of Art degree in Psychology. She also completed her Master of Social Work with a concentration in macro practice from Temple University. Ms. Wisseh firmly believes that individuals and communities should be active players in all phases of research, policy, and practice involving them, and partners should develop strong relationships with them and empower them to support their robust participation.
