Tyler De Rubio MPA
Tyler De Rubio is a policy analyst at PolicyLab at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Tyler is responsible for developing PolicyLab's health equity focused payment reform agenda. His work compiles the evidence for sustainable financing of the delivery system innovations highlighted by PolicyLab’s research and creates opportunities for external engagement on this topic.
Prior to joining PolicyLab, Tyler worked in the New York City Mayor's Office of Management and Budget overseeing the finances of NYC's public hospital system. In addition, he has worked as a researcher with the NYC Department of Homeless Services, consulted for a Brazilian education nonprofit, staffed the Majority Leader of the New York State Assembly, and has worked (or volunteered) on over a dozen political campaigns.
Tyler received his master's degree in public affairs from Princeton University's School of Public and International Affairs and his bachelor's degree in economics and english from SUNY Geneseo.
