Siobhan Costanzo MPH, MEd
Siobhan Costanzo is a clinical research program manager for PolicyLab at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and serves as the research and policy manager at the Gender and Sexuality Development Clinic at CHOP. Ms. Costanzo has experience in epidemiologic methods, adolescent health, data management, quantitative and qualitative research methods, and public health evaluation. She currently works on projects aimed at improving the health outcomes of HIV+, LGBTQ, and homeless youth, as well as using behavioral economic strategies to reduce disparities for children with asthma.
Additionally, Ms. Costanzo serves as program manager for the Asthma Population Health team where she leads strategic planning, longitudinal evaluation and special projects initiatives across disciplines.
Prior to her work at PolicyLab, Ms. Costanzo was a research coordinator at the CHOP Center for Injury Research and Prevention where she managed research projects in the New Jersey Traffic Safety and Outcomes (NJ-TSO) Program, which uses administrative data linkages to advance traffic safety research and epidemiologic methods to inform policy focused on preventing motor vehicle crashes for adolescents. Ms. Costanzo was also a maternal and child health research fellow at Boston University's School of Public Health. She earned her MEd from Arizona State University and her MPH in Epidemiology and Maternal and Child Health from Boston University's School of Public Health.
