Clinical Research Coordinator

Shannon Kelleher is a clinical research coordinator at PolicyLab and Clinical Futures at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. She works with Drs. Alexander Fiks and Brian Jenssen on multiple primary-care based projects aiming to improve pediatric care and health outcomes. Much of this research focuses on the incorporation of health information technology.

Ms. Kelleher received her Master of Public Health (MPH) in epidemiology with a minor in infectious disease from Drexel University. During her time at Drexel, she worked with the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene conducting research focusing on the success rates of different outreach techniques for those with a range of mental and behavioral health diagnoses. For her master’s Capstone project, she completed an analysis of non-response bias in the New York City Community Health Survey. Ms. Kelleher received her bachelor’s degree in biological sciences with a minor in public health at University of Delaware. She then went on to work at Johns Hopkins University on behavioral health research projects before entering the MPH program at Drexel.
