Leigh Wilson-Hall MSW, LSW
Leigh Wilson-Hall is an improvement advisor for the Population Health Innovation Program and the Division of Social Work at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). Ms. Wilson-Hall partners with teams across the network to apply the CHOP Improvement Framework to implementing and improving population health interventions. In particular, Ms. Wilson-Hall has a focus on developing and implementing intergenerational interventions, including social risk screening and resource mapping technology. Her previous work included partnering with clinical teams to develop and implement community health worker programs and CHOP’s Medical Legal Partnership. She is also a trained facilitator of PriCARE (Child Adult Relationship Enhancement training within primary care).
Prior to her work at CHOP, Ms. Wilson-Hall served as a Stoneleigh Emerging Leader Fellow at the People’s Emergency Center. Ms. Wilson-Hall received her Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania.
