Senior Improvement Advisor

Leigh Wilson-Hall is a senior improvement advisor for the Population Health Innovation Team at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). Ms.Wilson-Hall partners with the Social Work Department, the Center for Health Equity and other teams across the network to take a data-driven approach toward population health interventions. In particular, Ms. Wilson-Hall has a focus on helping teams design, implement, and measure family-focused and community-oriented interventions, including social needs screening, community health worker programs and medical legal partnerships. She is also a trained facilitator of PriCARE (Child Adult Relationship Enhancement training within primary care).

Prior to her work at CHOP, Ms. Wilson-Hall served as a Stoneleigh Emerging Leader fellow at the People’s Emergency Center. Ms. Wilson-Hall received her Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania.
