Maritza Pedlar MPH
Maritza Pedlar is a clinical research assistant for PolicyLab and the Center for Pediatric Clinical Effectiveness (CPCE) at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). She currently works on a project that compares the effectiveness of patient-centered communication strategies to improve care for children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Ms. Pedlar previously worked on research in the areas of sexual health and diabetes prevention. She completed her Master of Public Health with a concentration in Health Promotion at George Washington University’s Milken Institute School of Public Health. Her research interests include behavioral health, health disparities, and chronic disease prevention.
